Kindergarten damaged by Russian shelling in Belozerka, Kherson region

In Belozerka, Kherson region, Russian troops struck a preschool during the day.

This was reported by the Kherson regional military administration.

As a result of the Russian shelling, the facade of the building, doors and about 15 windows were damaged.

There were no casualties.

As Ukrinform reported, the regional military administration was previously informed about the enemy shelling of Belozerka, which took place at around 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 23. There was information about one victim – a 38-year-old man. At the time of the shelling, he was riding a bicycle.

Medics diagnosed the victim with a blast injury, concussion and concussion.

Three killed, nine injured in Kherson region as a result of shelling

As of 17:00 on July 23, three people were killed and nine injured in the Kherson region as a result of Russian strikes using UAVs and artillery.

“In Kherson, the Russians killed a woman by dropping explosives from a drone. In the village of Romashkove, two civilians were killed and two were injured as a result of an attack on a car by an FPV drone,” the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported.

Also, two minor children were injured as a result of drone attacks in the village of Zorivka. In Kherson, two adults.

Three more civilians in the regional center, Ingulka and Belozerka, were injured as a result of artillery shelling.

In addition, private and apartment buildings, garages, vehicles, and enterprise premises were damaged.

Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson region prosecutor’s office, pre-trial investigations have been launched into the facts of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1, 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Prosecutors, together with investigators, continue to record the consequences of shelling and document war crimes committed by the armed formations of the Russian Federation.
