Kyiv attacked by Russian drones: there are consequences and many injured

On the night of July 28, the Russian army attacked Kyiv and the Kyiv region with drones, an air alert was declared.

In the Darnytsia district, many people were injured, one in serious condition, a high-rise building was damaged.

The air alert in Kyiv was declared at 22:15, it was still July 27. Since then, for several hours, the capital was threatened by Russian strike UAVs, the authorities reported on the work of the Air Defense Forces against the “Shaheeds”.

Closer to 3 am, it became known that there are consequences of the attack in the city.

The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration Timur Tkachenko wrote about 8 injured in the Darnytsia district. Among them, 1 person is in serious condition.

The network notes that the drone or debris fell near the high-rise building. The authorities previously also indicated that windows in a residential building were broken out.

Chairman Vitaliy Klitschko later wrote that a child was among the victims in the Darnytskyi district. Four people were hospitalized by doctors.

All the victims are residents of a multi-storey residential building, where the blast wave in one of the entrances damaged windows from floors 6 to 11.
