On August 5, Russian troops shelled the Nikopol and Synelnykу districts of Dnipropetrovsk region, injuring four civilians.
This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Serhiy Lysak.
According to him, Nikopol, as well as the Marhanetska, Myrivska, Pokrovska and Chervonogryhorivska communities, were under Russian fire throughout the day. The occupiers used drones and artillery.
Three people were injured as a result of the attacks in the Nikopol region: a 72-year-old woman was hospitalized, two more – a 47-year-old woman and a 38-year-old man – received minor injuries and are being treated as outpatients. Seven private houses, a non-residential building, a gas pipeline, and a power line were also damaged. Fires broke out as a result of the shelling.
In the Synelnyky district, the Mezhivska, Velykomykhailivska, and Slovianska communities came under fire. A 64-year-old man was injured. A private house, a car, infrastructure facilities, and power grids were damaged.
