Kherson community under 24-hour fire: 7 local residents needed medical help

Russian troops continue to attack settlements in the Kherson region. On August 6, 7 residents of the Kherson community were injured as a result of Russian aggression. Two residents of Mykilske, who were injured the previous evening, also went to the hospital today.

A 44-year-old resident of Kherson needed medical help. He received a concussion, contusion, explosive and closed craniocerebral trauma as a result of Russian shelling of the city center at around 3:00. The man was hospitalized for necessary medical care.

Police officers took a 74-year-old resident of Antonivka to the hospital. The man was injured as a result of the Russians dropping explosives from a drone around noon. He has a mine-blast injury and a shrapnel wound to his leg.

The Dnipro district of Kherson was under Russian fire from the night of August 6 and throughout the day.

On the night of August 6, the Russian army shelled the district with artillery. A 35-year-old man was hit by the Russian strike. He received an explosive injury and contusion.

At about 10:00, a Russian drone attacked a 46-year-old resident of the Dnipro district of Kherson. The man received a mine-explosive injury and shrapnel wounds to the torso and legs. The victim was hospitalized for necessary medical care.

At about 11:00 in the Dnipro district, Russian troops dropped an explosive from a drone on a 56-year-old local resident. The man received a mine-explosive injury and shrapnel wounds. He independently sought medical help.

Police officers took a 54-year-old resident of Kherson to the hospital. He was attacked by a Russian drone in the Dnipro district at approximately noon. The man received a mine-explosive injury and shrapnel wounds to the chest and shoulder. Medics are providing the victim with the necessary assistance.

After 4:00 p.m., a 43-year-old local resident was injured as a result of the Russians dropping explosives from a drone in the Dnipro district. Police officers took the victim to the hospital. He has a mine-explosive injury and a shrapnel wound to the chest.

Two residents of Mykilske, who were attacked by the Russians from a drone the previous evening, also went to the hospital today. The men, born in 1992 and 1970, were diagnosed with blast injuries and shrapnel wounds. The victims were hospitalized in moderate condition.
