On the night of August 10, Russian troops struck a railway junction and a train station in the Dnipropetrovsk region. This was commented on by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
They stated that the junction served as a logistical route for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Russian drones attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region on the night of August 10. The main strike was aimed at the Sinelkiv region. Later, the chairman of the board of the joint-stock company “Ukrzaliznytsia” Oleksandr Pertsovsky reported that in the Dnipropetrovsk region the Russians carried out another massive raid on a railway junction, in particular the train station. None of the workers were injured.
The Russian Ministry of Defense recalled this incident. They stated that this railway junction provided the transfer of troops of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to the Donbas. Also, according to Russian statements, they allegedly hit long-range drone depots and temporary deployment points of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and “foreign mercenaries”.
Ukrzaliznytsia also reported that the Russian shelling caused the temporary cancellation of trains and a change in the routes of trains through the Sinelnykovo-1 station.
