On the night of August 18, the army of the aggressor state Russia attacked the Odesa region with drones. A fire broke out at a fuel and energy infrastructure facility in the suburbs of Odessa.

This was reported by the head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper.

“Despite the active work of the air defense forces in the Odessa region, there are consequences of the strike. A fuel and energy infrastructure facility and a two-story building caught fire in the suburbs of Odessa,” the report says.

More than 100 rescuers, volunteers, National Guard fighters and local fire brigades were involved in the liquidation. A fire robot and a fire train of Ukrzaliznytsia also worked.
