In Kherson region, Russian troops injured six civilians during the day

On August 18, six civilians were injured as a result of enemy shelling of Kherson region.

This was reported by the Kherson regional prosecutor’s office: “According to the investigation, on August 18, 2025, the military forces of the Russian Federation struck at settlements in Kherson region with artillery, as well as with the help of UAVs. As of 17:00, six injured civilians are known.”

As noted, the Russians directed FPV drones at civilian cars in Belozerka and on the highway near Tomyna Balka. Three men were injured.

Another person was injured as a result of dropping explosives from a UAV on one of the streets of Antonivka.

Two people were also injured as a result of artillery shelling of Kherson and Belozerka.

Private houses, a healthcare facility, a municipal facility, and vehicles were damaged.

Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson region prosecutor’s office, pre-trial investigations into the facts of war crimes have been launched.

As a result of the shelling of Kherson and the Belozersk community, three civilians were injured – 52-year-old, 44-year-old and 67-year-old men.

A 32-year-old man went to the hospital after being injured in a Russian drone attack on the highway in the Belozersk community on the morning of August 18. In the Dnipro district of Kherson, the Russians attacked a 61-year-old man with a drone; he has a mine-explosive injury and wounds to the abdomen and legs.
