Russians shelled Kostyantynivka with Smerch missiles: there are dead and wounded, large-scale destruction

The Russians hit civilian infrastructure, at least 3 people were dead and 4 were wounded.

This was reported by the head of the Donetsk regional military administration Vadym Filashkin.

The Russians launched 8 missiles from the Smerch multiple launch rocket system at the city – they deliberately aimed at civilians.

As a result of the strike, the following were damaged: 15 shopping pavilions; 8 private houses; 6 high-rise buildings; a shop; 2 cars; a power line.
