Russian troops attacked the Central district of Kherson

On August 21, at about 14:00, the Russians struck the Central district of Kherson. A local resident was injured.

This was reported by the Kherson City Military Administration.

At the time of the attack, a 56-year-old Kherson resident was on the street. He suffered a concussion, explosive and closed head injuries, and shrapnel wounds to the head. Medics provided the victim with assistance on the spot.
