Most shelling in a month: Russians hit the border of Chernihiv region, launched “shaheeds” and missiles

During the day (from 8 am on August 30 to 8 am on August 31), the Russian army shelled the Chernihiv region 57 times. A total of 112 explosions were recorded. The Russians attacked Novgorod-Siversky, Nizhynsky, Chernihiv and Koryukiv districts.

The shelling was carried out from mortars, AGS, artillery, FPV drones and other types of drones, in particular, “Molniya”, “Geranium”. The Russians also launched a ballistic missile at Chernihiv region. 24 settlements in 6 communities were under fire from the Russians.

The Russians struck in the direction of: the villages of Tymonovichi (7 times), Karpovychi, Arkhipivka (4 times), Liskivshchyna (9 times), Zarechye, Galahanivka (three times), Progress (twice), Zaliznyy Most (twice), Mkhy, Logy, Mykolaivka, Leonivka (twice) and Bleshnya of the Semenivka community, as well as the city of Semenivka; the villages of Guta Studenetska (7 times), Khrinivka (three times) and Klyusy of the Snovsk community; the villages of Krasny Khutir (twice), Bohdanove, Gremyach and Mykhalchyna Sloboda (twice) of the Novgorod-Siversky community; the village of Senkivka of the Gorodnyansky community.

In the village of Semenivka community, FPV drones attacked a farm, a grain storage building was burning.

The Russians attacked facilities in the Nizhyn district twice, there is damage to the administrative building in one of the communities.

Dry grass was burning in a village in the Koryukiv district after a drone (probably a “lightning” type) hit it.
