In the morning, Russian troops carried out artillery shelling of Belozerka. A 44-year-old man and a 56-year-old woman received mine-explosive injuries and contusions. Four private houses were damaged in the village.

Two medical institutions, a building of an educational institution previously damaged by shelling, three apartment buildings, and two cars were damaged.
In the evening, the Russians dropped an incendiary munition from a drone on an administrative building damaged by previous shelling. The attack caused a fire.
A 77-year-old woman who was injured as a result of shelling on the night of August 31 sought medical help. She was diagnosed with a mine and blast injury, concussion and concussion.
In the Dnipro district, enemy shelling damaged an apartment building and killed a woman. A civilian car was damaged in a drone attack.
While patrolling residential areas, Russian servicemen dropped explosives from a UAV on a patrol police vehicle. As a result of the impact, the vehicle lost control and crashed into a tree. Three police officers aged 23, 25 and 42 were injured. They suffered mine-explosive injuries, concussions, contusions, bruises, and abrasions. The vehicle was damaged.
On August 31, the regional police opened six proceedings under Article 438 “War Crimes” of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
