Psychologists of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine helped 31 injured in Russian shelling of the city of Vinnytsia, including three children who suffered an acute stress reaction.
According to the State Emergency Service, on September 10, rescuers have already extinguished a fire at an industrial infrastructure facility in Vinnytsia that occurred as a result of Russian shelling, and are currently dismantling the structures of the destroyed building.
As reported, in total, on the night of September 10, the territory of Vinnytsia region was attacked by 26 Russian drones and 11 cruise missiles. Earlier, Deputy Head of Vinnytsia Regional Administration Nataliya Zabolotna reported only one injured person.
“On the night of September 10, Vinnytsia region was subjected to a massive combined Russian attack. Civilian industrial infrastructure facilities were hit by cruise missiles and mortars… There is one injured person. He was taken to the hospital – his condition is stable. Also, about 30 residential buildings were damaged in the region. Windows were broken, roofs and adjacent territories were damaged,” she reported. Zabolotna also reported on the localization of a large-scale fire that broke out as a result of the shelling.
