“At night, there was a drone strike on the territory of our university – Chernihiv Polytechnic University. This institution has been under Russian attack for the third time,” the report says.

In addition, in the morning, the Russians attacked an enterprise in Chernihiv, but there were no casualties.

Chaus stressed that the Russians are increasingly shelling the Chernihiv region – compared to last year, the intensity has already increased almost 2 times.

“We understand that the Russians are constantly trying to hit energy infrastructure facilities. Almost 3,000 subscribers in the border region are currently without power. Energy workers are constantly working. We are keeping this issue under control in the context of preparations for winter,” he added.
