In Sumy region, Russians attacked a field of the Ukrlandfarming group: 12 employees were injured and about 30 units of agricultural machinery were damaged

Late in the evening of September 14, the Russian army launched a missile strike on the outskirts of a village in the Boromlyansk community of the Sumy region. The strike fell on a field where employees and agricultural machinery of the Ukrlandfarming Group of Companies were working.

“On September 14, at about 23:00, according to preliminary data, the Russians struck with two missiles the territory of the agricultural enterprise of the Ukrlandwarming Group of Companies in the Boromlyansk community of the Okhtyrskyі district of the Sumy region. As a result of the attack by the Russians, 12 people who were involved in harvesting were injured,” the Ukrlandwarming Group of Companies reports.

The attack injured people who were harvesting. 11 wounded men were hospitalized, one of them is in serious condition. The Russians also damaged about 30 units of agricultural machinery.

“This is not the first time that the Russians have targeted civilians, peaceful agricultural enterprises “Ukrlandfarming”. Under the procedural leadership of the Okhtyrsky District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted into the fact of committing war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),” the statement says.

Prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement officers, are documenting the consequences of the attack. The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by investigators of the Okhtyrskyі District Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Sumy Region.
