The Russians struck a critical infrastructure facility in Chernihiv, resulting in a power outage for approximately 30,000 subscribers.
This was reported by the head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration, Dmitry Bryzhinsky.
According to him, a fire broke out at the facility, but there were no casualties.
“About 30,000 subscribers in Chernihiv and the surrounding area were left without power. Restoration work is currently underway,” Bryzhinsky specified.
Due to the lack of electricity, water pressure has decreased in some areas, which should normalize after the facilities are connected to the power grid.
On the morning of September 25, Russian troops carried out a massive strike on Nizhyn in the Chernihiv region, launching 14 drones over a period of 25 minutes — from 7:20 to 7:45.
