On the night of October 5, the Russians attacked Ukrainian regions with drones and missiles. Russian UAVs were shot down in Kirovohrad region.
On the night and morning of Sunday, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Russian groups of drones and cruise missiles, including over Kirovohrad region.
According to the head of the Kirovohrad regional military administration, Andriy Raykovych, there is damage in two districts of the region as a result of the Russian attack.
In the Oleksandrii district, the fragments of the downed drone damaged the windows of two houses and the roof of an outbuilding.
In the Holovaniv district, 10 private houses and power lines were damaged.
“The main thing is that there were no casualties. All relevant services are working on the ground,” he noted.
The air alert in various districts of Kirovohrad region lasted from six to eight hours that night.
The Holovanivsk District State Administration clarified that as a result of the night attack on the territory of the Blagovishchensk community, fragments of a “shaheed” were recorded falling in an open area.
“15 private households were damaged, the power supply was damaged, which was restored in the morning. Fortunately, there were no casualties,” the post says.
In Blagovishchensk City Council clarified that out of 15 houses, five suffered the most damage. Cars were also damaged as a result of the Russian attack.
At 12:55, Andriy Raykovych reported that after the night Russian attack in the Holovanivsk district, restoration work is underway.
Emergency crews, rescuers, representatives of local government bodies, and volunteers are working on the ground.
“The regional organization of the Red Cross provided the affected families with building materials for the prompt restoration of damaged houses,” he added.
