In Kherson, Russians attacked utility workers and police officers, there is a victim and seriously injured

On October 9, Russian troops using a drone attacked utility workers in Kherson, as a result of which one of them died. This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.

He specified that the Russian strike was in the Korabelny district of Kherson.

“An employee of one of the utility companies who was driving died on the spot. Three more of his colleagues, aged 44, 49 and 48, received contusions, shrapnel wounds, explosive and closed head injuries,” the head of the regional military administration wrote.

According to Prokudin, all the injured are in hospital in serious condition.

According to the prosecutor’s office, the strike on the utility workers was carried out with artillery.

Another attack by Russians using a drone was reported on October 9 by the first deputy head of the patrol police department, Oleksiy Biloshitskyі.

“On October 8, just while processing administrative materials for a traffic accident, the Russians carried out an attack with an FPV drone. As a result of the strike, four patrol officers and two civilians were injured. The Russians deliberately hit those who help people: police officers, employees of the State Emergency Service, doctors… This is another evidence of his cynicism and cruelty,” Biloshitskyі wrote.
