Over ten apartment buildings were damaged in a missile and drone attack on Kanev on October 10. Police officers inspected over a thousand apartments to document the consequences of the attack.

It is noted that law enforcement officers inspected 1,042 apartments and received 296 applications from citizens. In addition, preschool educational institutions, schools and six vehicles were damaged.
Investigators, operatives, forensic specialists, explosives technicians and police officers worked at the scene. They recorded the damage, collected material evidence of a war crime and helped victims file appropriate applications for destroyed or damaged property.
Police officers continue to receive applications from the affected population about property damage. In Cherkasy region, during an air alert on the night of October 10, 10 Russian UAVs and one cruise missile were neutralized. Three people sought medical help.
The missile fragments damaged a high-rise building in Kaniv. The Russians also targeted critical infrastructure. Currently, the dam of the hydroelectric power station has been blocked. All necessary services are working on the site.
The head of the Cherkasy regional military administration, Igor Taburets, said that emergency shutdown schedules are in effect at four branches in the Cherkasy region.
Two invincibility points were deployed in Kaniv for those affected by the massive attack.
At 16:40, the head of the regional military administration, Igor Taburets, reported that six injured people remain in the hospital. 2,340 broken windows have already been counted in the city.
