Two people killed, three injured in Russian attacks in Donetsk region

On October 18, police recorded 2,389 Russian strikes on the front line and residential areas in Donetsk region.

This was reported by the Donetsk regional police. 8 settlements were under fire: the cities of Druzhkivka, Kostyantynivka, Kramatorsk, Lyman, the village of Krasnotorka, the villages of Rai-Oleksandrivka, Serhiivka, Staroraiske.

18 civilian objects were destroyed, including 8 residential buildings.

In Staroraiske, Russians attacked a civilian car with an FPV drone – one person was killed, two others were injured. The car was damaged.

Russians fired artillery on Kostyantynivka – one civilian was killed, a private home was destroyed.

The Russians sent a Lancet UAV to Sergiyivka in the Kramatorsk district – a person was injured.

As a result of the strike by three Geran 2 UAVs and an FPV drone in Druzhkivka, 5 private houses, a workshop, a bathhouse, a car wash and a car were damaged.

The Russian army dropped five KAB-250 bombs on Rai-Oleksandrivka – an apartment building, an educational institution, and infrastructure facilities were destroyed.

A private house was destroyed during the shelling in Lyman. In the village of Krasnotorka, an FPV drone damaged a civilian car.

In addition, on the night of October 18, Russia shelled Kramatorsk, Lyman, and Krynytsia. A private home was destroyed. No information was received about the victims.

The police and the Security Service of Ukraine have opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for war crimes.
