Russians attacked a civilian car and tractor in Sumy region, there is a victim and injured

On November 5, Russian troops struck civilian transport in the Seredino-Bud community of Sumy region. As a result of the attack, there is a victim and injured.

This was reported by the press service of the Sumy regional prosecutor’s office.

They noted that a Russian drone attacked a car that was delivering bread to local residents. The victim of the attack was a 34-year-old driver, three more people were injured to varying degrees.

In addition, a tractor that was nearby was damaged as a result of the explosion. Prosecutors are working at the scene, documenting the consequences of the attack and collecting evidence of another war crime by the Russian Federation.

“Under the procedural leadership of the Shostka District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted into the fact of committing war crimes that caused the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),” the report says.
