For several days in a row, the Russians have been attacking Odesa and the region around the clock with strike drones. The Russians tried to exhaust the air defense forces and damage civilian infrastructure. Despite the active work of the air defense, the consequences cannot be avoided.
This was reported by the spokesman for the Ukrainian Volunteer Army, Serhiy Bratchuk.
For several days, the Russians have been attacking the Odesa region in waves, sometimes several drones per hour. The strikes occur with small breaks, the drones fly low, sometimes between urban buildings. This creates an additional threat to civilians.
“The three days were very tense, and the attacks were increasing in pace. Nine, ten attacks, and in the end I can report that during November 12 there were more than 20 such cases,” Serhiy Bratchuk said.
He emphasized that every drone poses a serious danger and can cause injury or death.
Air defense units are actively shooting down Russian drones. Such actions allow minimizing losses and damage to civilian infrastructure.
