Rocket strike on Balakliya city center: three dead, children among the wounded

On the night of November 17, Russian troops attacked the central part of Balakliya in the Kharkiv region with two missiles, the hit was recorded near residential buildings

This was reported by the head of the Balakliya city military administration, Vitaly Karabanov.

According to him, three people died as a result of the night rocket strike on Balakliya.

Another 10 people were injured, including children born in 2011, 2007 and 2010. Nine of the injured were hospitalized, another person is receiving outpatient medical care.

Calls about possible victims continue to come in.

The head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleg Synegubov, added that apartment buildings and parked cars were damaged as a result of the Russian attack.

State Emergency Service units and emergency medical services are working at the site of the shelling.
