
On the night of November 18, Russian troops attacked the Dnipro railway station. Several trains are running with a delay, there is also damage.
According to Ukrzaliznytsia, as a result of the Russian attack, the Zaporizhzhia – Przemysl and Dnipro – Chelm trains departed with a delay of 2.5 hours.
During the attack, passengers of these trains, as well as the suburban train Pyatikhatki – Dnipro, were in the shelter of the station.
The blast wave broke out several windows in the cars and at the station.
The attack also caused a power outage, so the railway workers brought in reserve diesel locomotives – traffic has been fully restored.
In Dnipro, the Russians hit the suburban depot, which serves the region’s passenger electric trains, with dozens of kamikaze drones. This is the second massive strike on the facility during the full-scale war.
The main repair shop was significantly destroyed. The Dnipro train station was damaged. Debris removal and rapid restoration have already begun.
