Russia attacked Lviv region with drones and missiles: energy facilities damaged, fires broke out

On the night of November 19, Russian troops attacked Lviv region with missiles and strike drones. As a result of the shelling, an energy facility was damaged, fires broke out.

This was reported by the head of the Lviv regional military administration, Maksym Kozytsky.

“This night, the Russians attacked Lviv region with combat drones and cruise missiles. An energy facility was damaged. A woodworking enterprise and a warehouse were also damaged,” Kozytsky said.

According to the head of the Lviv regional military administration, a fire is being extinguished at one of the facilities. According to preliminary data, there were no victims or injured.

He also noted that life support systems in Lviv region are operating normally.

Dense smoke in Lviv

According to Lviv chairman Andriy Sadovy, the thick smoke over the city is the result of burning tires in civilian warehouses hit by the enemy.

“There is currently no information about casualties. So far, this is all the confirmed information about the hit. According to preliminary data, the smoke does not pose a threat to health. However, just in case, close the windows,” Sadovy added.
