As a result of Russian aggression in the Kherson region, three people, including a minor girl, were injured

Under the procedural guidance of the prosecutor’s office of the Kherson region, a pre-trial investigation into the facts of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been launched.

This was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

According to the investigation, on November 20, 2025, the army of the Russian Federation shelled the territory of the Kherson region with artillery, in particular rocket-propelled grenades, mortars, and also used drones of various types.

As of 17:30, it is known that three civilians were injured as a result of Russian aggression, including a minor girl.

Thus, as a result of artillery shelling of Kherson, which occurred at night and in the morning, an 85-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl were injured. In Molodizhne, a 58-year-old woman also received moderate injuries from artillery.

Private and apartment buildings, a preschool were also damaged.

Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all necessary measures to document war crimes committed by the Russian military.
