
On November 25, Chernihiv region experienced one of the most intense attacks by Russian drones since the beginning of autumn. A total of 50 attacks were recorded, resulting in 125 explosions. This was reported on November 26 by the head of the regional military administration of the region, Vyacheslav Chaus.
The most difficult situation remains in the city of Snovsk, which has been subjected to systematic strikes by the Russian army for several days in a row. On the evening of November 25, the city’s transport infrastructure was hit by a Geranium-type unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). In addition, two explosions thundered on the territory of a large agricultural enterprise: an elevator and granaries were damaged.
In the Koryukiv community, FPV-kamikaze drones attacked several settlements. In one of the cases, a civilian car was damaged. In another village, an administrative building and several trucks were damaged by a drone.
In the Chernihiv region, a strike drone attacked a forestry in the Gorodni district. Vehicles, a workshop, and an administrative building were damaged.
In one of the villages of the region, a “Geran” drone hit a pig farm of an agricultural enterprise directly. The strike killed about a thousand pigs and severely damaged the farm buildings.
Residential buildings were also hit in the Nizhyn and Novgorod-Siversky districts.
According to preliminary data, there are no civilian casualties. Rescue services and explosives technicians are working at the crash site.
