Russian troops shelled 19 settlements in Sumy region in a day – infrastructure and houses were damaged

The Sumy regional military administration reported this: “️During the day, from the morning of November 29 to the morning of November 30, 2025, Russian troops carried out more than 30 attacks on 19 settlements in 10 territorial communities of the region,” the report says.

The largest number of attacks was recorded in Sumy and Shostka districts. The settlements of Sumy, Yunakivska, Khotinska, Mykolaivska rural, Shalyginska, Znob-Novgorodska, Sveska, Esmanska, Seredino-Budska and Druzhbivska communities were under attack by the Russians.

The Russians used guided aerial bombs, UAVs and FPV drones.

As a result of the shelling, civilian infrastructure, private homes and non-residential premises were damaged. There were no civilian casualties.

The regional military administration notes that two people were evacuated from border communities within the past 24 hours.
