Almost 38 thousand objects were damaged due to hostilities on the right bank of the Kherson region

As of December 2025, 37.8 thousand objects were damaged or destroyed as a result of Russian armed aggression on the right bank of the Kherson region.

This is stated in the program of socio-economic and cultural development of the Kherson region for 2026.

It is noted that 6.6 thousand objects were restored, of which 1.1 thousand were restored within the framework of the implementation of the “Side by Side” program, 2.6 thousand were restored at the expense of charitable organizations, 1.3 thousand were restored by our own forces, and 1.4 thousand objects were restored at the expense of the state and local budgets.

We remind you that due to the Russian aggression in Kherson, critical infrastructure was also damaged. Thus, as a result of systematic Russian shelling, the Kherson CHP stopped working.

Currently, 470 houses are left without centralized heating – this is more than 40.5 thousand subscribers. The head of the Kherson regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported that due to constant shelling, the restoration of the CHP is impossible to predict.
