According to him, a few minutes before the New Year, Russian troops struck critical facilities that ensure the life of the region. As a result of the hit at one of the energy facilities, a fire broke out.

The head of the regional military administration noted that due to the massive shelling, power outages were recorded at a number of critical enterprises that support the functioning of the infrastructure of the city of Odesa.
