Russia launched a missile strike on Kryvyi Rih

On January 6, Russia launched a missile attack on Kryvyi Rih using ballistic weapons. The head of the city’s Defense Council, Oleksandr Vilkul, reported on the strikes.

According to him, explosions were heard in the city after the Ukrainian Air Force warned of a possible launch of ballistic missiles from the south. Vilkul made the corresponding post at 15:24. Residents were urged to immediately take shelter.

20 minutes later, Vilkul clarified that the missile hit an infrastructure facility. According to preliminary data, there were no deaths or injuries. Information on the extent of the damage is currently being clarified.
