On the morning of January 18, Russian troops attacked civilian cars in the Glukhiv community of the Sumy region three times. This was stated by the head of the Sumy regional military administration, Oleg Grigorov: “This morning, Russian drones attacked civilian cars in the Glukhiv community three times. All the attacked vehicles were ordinary civilian cars. Some of them were parked near residential buildings, some were moving.”

According to preliminary information, there were no deaths or injuries.

The head of the regional military administration emphasizes that the Russian strikes are systemic in nature and are aimed at civilian transport and infrastructure.
