
On the morning of January 18, Russian troops attacked civilian cars in the Glukhiv community of the Sumy region three times. All the attacked vehicles were ordinary civilian cars. Some of them were parked near residential buildings, some were moving.”
According to preliminary information, there were no deaths or injuries.
