The occupation authorities of the Kherson region sentenced a man for alleged extremism

The Genichesk district “court” of the Kherson region sentenced a 56-year-old local resident. He was found guilty of public calls for extremist activity via the Internet.

According to the occupation court, from April to May 2024, the man allegedly posted texts on social networks with calls for violence against a certain group of people on national grounds.

The court sentenced him to 2 years and 6 months in prison, to be served in a penal colony.

On December 12, 2025, the occupation court in Genichesk, Kherson region, illegally sentenced 47-year-old Eldar Karamurzayev from Novooleksiivka. He was sentenced to 8 years in a strict regime colony on charges of participating in the Noman Chelebidzhikhan battalion.
