
On January 31, Russian troops hit Saltivka district of Kharkiv twice in the evening, no casualties.
This was reported by chairman Igor Terekhov: “Kharkiv was attacked by a Russian drone. Strike on Saltivka, currently without casualties or damage. We are clarifying the details,” the post says.
At the same time, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office showed the consequences of the drone strike, which occurred around 5:00 p.m.
“During the inspection of the scene, the investigative and operational group found debris, probably from a Molniya type UAV. Under the procedural leadership of the Saltivka District Prosecutor’s Office of Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation into the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been launched,” the department noted.
