 A Russian drone damaged one of the country’s most important memorial facilities – the National Museum of the History of Ukraine in World War II.

As a result of the Russian attack on the Kyiv region, all recorded damage fell on the Obukhiv district.

This was reported by the head of the Kyiv regional military administration, Mykola Kalashnyk.

According to him, the shelling was directed at civilian and energy infrastructure.

“The Russians deliberately and cynically hit civilians, residential areas and energy facilities,” Kalashnyk noted.

Nine facilities were damaged in the district, including five private residential buildings, three vehicles and a training and rehabilitation center.

A wall was partially destroyed in one of the houses, and an outbuilding was also damaged by the blast wave.

Three victims are known in advance – a woman and two men.

All the wounded were provided with medical assistance at the scene, they did not require hospitalization,” the head of the regional military administration specified.

Currently, specialized services continue to record the destruction and eliminate the consequences of the shelling.

The head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration urged residents not to ignore air raid sirens.
