Night attack on Kyiv caused destruction in three districts: one injured

As a result of the Russian attack on Kyiv on the night of February 5, one person was injured. In addition, destruction was recorded in three districts of the capital, fires broke out.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

In the Obolonskyі district of the capital, a fire broke out near a parking lot: firefighters extinguished the fire of two cars.

In the Solomyanskyі district, the blast wave damaged windows in four residential buildings, damage was recorded to a kindergarten and an outbuilding.

“Rescuers examined the surrounding area. One injured person is known,” the emergency services said in a statement.

In the Shevchenkivskyі district, a fire broke out as a result of a hit in a four-story office building, which was extinguished by rescuers.

“Information about the injured may be updated,” the State Emergency Service of Ukraine concluded situations.

At night, the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachenko, stated that an air threat associated with the use of strike drones was recorded in the capital. As a result of the attack, civilian infrastructure in several districts of Kyiv was damaged.

There are consequences in the region. According to the head of the city, Mykola Kalashnyk, a man was injured in a drone attack in the Vyshgorodskyі district. He was hospitalized with a laceration to the chest. A private house was also damaged.
