Russia launches missile strike on Kharkiv, residential area attacked: what is known

On the morning of February 20, Russian troops launched a missile strike on Kharkiv. The Slobodskyі district was attacked. As a result of the strike, cars caught fire, and windows in houses were broken. Two cars caught fire in the Slobodskyі district of the city as a result of shelling.

At about five in the morning, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine warned of a high-speed target in the direction of Kharkiv.

“A Russian missile strike on the Slobodskyі district was recorded. We are clarifying the consequences,” said the chairman, Igor Terekhov.

In turn, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov, also reported a strike on the Slobodskyі district of the city.

According to him, two cars caught fire as a result of the shelling.

No information was received about the victims. Details are being clarified, he added.

Terekhov reported that as a result of the strike on the Slobodskyі district, windows in several high-rise buildings were broken.
