Russians carried out a drone attack on Kharkiv on February 23: an explosion was heard in the city

On the evening of February 23, Russian troops carried out a drone attack on Kharkiv. Against the backdrop of the threat of air danger from Russian drones, an explosion was heard in one of the districts.

This was reported by chairman Igor Terekhov.

The official noted that this happened in the Nemyshlyanskyі district of Kharkiv. During the attack, the drone fell next to a private house.

It is worth noting that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyі reported that the Russians began to strike not only energy facilities, but also water supply infrastructure in Ukrainian cities.

In turn, analysts from the American Institute for the Study of War stated that the Russian troops radically changed the priorities of the attacks, switching fire from energy facilities to critical logistics and water supply systems in Ukrainian cities. A new wave of attacks on railway infrastructure and vital communications is creating new challenges for the stability of the rear and passenger transportation.
