Belarus, together with Russia, is actively participating in the illegal export of agricultural products from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, bypassing international sanctions.
Stolen grain is mixed with Belarusian raw materials and legalized under the brand “Made in Belarus”.
This was reported by the press service of the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
The press service noted that in 2025 alone, more than 2 million tons of grain crops were exported from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
“According to the investigation of the association of former employees of the law enforcement agencies of Belarus BELPOL, companies associated with the ex-head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus V. Naumov are actively exporting rapeseed and sunflower from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. At Belarusian enterprises, stolen raw materials are mixed with local ones, legalizing them under the brand “Made in Belarus,” the report says. The Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine believes that such schemes are possible due to the lack of a direct ban on the import of agricultural products from Belarus in the sanctions.
