Drone attack in Mykolaiv: police documented the consequences

In Mykolaiv, police documented the consequences of another war crime by the Russian Federation and collected material evidence.

This was reported by the Mykolaiv regional police.

On the afternoon of March 12, the city was attacked by Russian drones. In several neighborhoods, debris and parts of UAVs fell near private houses and shops. As a result, the roofs of two residential buildings were damaged.

Investigators from the Department for the Investigation of Crimes Committed in Conditions of Armed Conflict, as well as investigative and operational groups of the Mykolaiv District Police Department, worked at the scene of the incident. Law enforcement officers inspected the places where the debris fell, collected material evidence and recorded the consequences of the attack.

A pre-trial investigation has been initiated into the fact of the war crime under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
