Damaged educational institutions, a cultural center and residential buildings

On March 21, Russian troops shelled the right bank of the Kherson region with mortars and artillery, attacked with drones of various types. A civilian died as a result of Russian aggression.

As a result of the hits, 3 high-rise buildings and 5 private houses, premises of 2 educational institutions, an administrative building, a cultural center, an outbuilding, and a gas pipeline were damaged.

The press service of the Kherson regional police reported in detail about the consequences of the Russian attacks.

After midnight, damage to a gas pipeline was recorded in the center of Kherson as a result of Russian artillery shelling. In the morning, a Russian UAV operator attacked a music school building with an FPV drone in the coastal part of the Central district.

As a result of regular artillery “arrivals” in the central part of Kherson, a 67-year-old security guard at an automobile enterprise was mortally wounded.

In the Korabelny district, a Russian FPV drone hit a private house.

In Tomaryn, a private residence was damaged by a UAV dropping ammunition.

In the Dnipro district of the regional center, three apartment buildings were damaged as a result of an explosion of a Russian strike drone. After noon, the Russian military launched an artillery strike on the territory of the Dnipro district. As a result of the shelling, an educational institution building was damaged.

In the Kuchersky and Chervony districts, one private house was damaged as a result of attacks by Russian suicide drones.

In the evening, in Novoraisk, as a result of explosions of strike drones, an outbuilding was damaged, and windows in the administrative building and the local cultural center were broken.

On March 21, the regional police opened 12 criminal proceedings on the facts of war crimes by Russians.
