Russian troops hit an emergency medical vehicle in the Kupyansky district.

This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleg Synegubov.

According to him, during March 23, Russian troops shelled 14 settlements in the region and the city of Kharkiv. As a result of the shelling, one person was killed and three people were injured.

The Russians used seven guided aerial bombs and 26 drones of various types to strike the Kharkiv region. In the Bogodukhiv district, two private houses and a car were damaged. In Izyumsky, more than 20 private houses and an agricultural enterprise building were damaged.

In Dergachy, a shop was damaged due to shelling, and in the Chuhuyiv district, power grids.
