
Russian forces have been attacking Naftogaz Group enterprises with drones for the fourth day in a row – after strikes on facilities in Poltava region this day, assets in Sumy region have come under their sights, said Serhiy Koretsky, chairman of the board of the national joint-stock company Naftogaz
“On March 28, production assets in Sumy region were under attack. Significant damage was caused, a fire broke out on site,” Koretsky said.
He clarified that there were no casualties, and thanks to the coordinated actions of Naftogaz employees and the State Emergency Service units, the fire was quickly extinguished.
Massive Russian attacks claimed the lives of two Naftogaz Group employees during the week.
