Russians hit Nova Poshta terminal in Lutsk, damaging high-rise building

On the morning of April 1, Russian troops attacked Lutsk with drones. The Nova Poshta terminal and a food warehouse were hit. In addition, the balcony of one of the high-rise buildings was damaged by debris.

This was reported by the press service of Nova Poshta and the Lutsk city hall.

“In the morning, the enemy attacked the city with drones: the Nova Poshta terminal was destroyed. All employees were in shelters at the time of the hit and were not injured. The assessment of the consequences of the destruction is ongoing. Detailed information about the damaged cargo will be established after the consequences of the strike are eliminated,” the company said in a statement.

Emergency services are currently working at the site of the attack. The company promises to contact customers in the near future and compensate for the loss of shipments.

In addition, according to city chairman Igor Polishchuk, a hit was recorded on the food base of one of the retail chains. The balcony of one of the high-rise buildings was also damaged by debris, and a fire broke out there.

According to preliminary data, there are no victims or injured in the city. The consequences of the attack are being clarified.
