As a result of the attack on Odesa, a residential building was damaged: 20 people were evacuated

On the night of March 5, the Russian armed forces attacked a residential area in Odesa with strike drones. The head of the Odesa regional military administration, Oleg Kiper, spoke about the consequences of the attack.

As a result of the attack, the facade of a five-story residential building from the first to the third floors was destroyed. Apartments and balconies caught fire. The destruction was significant. The blast wave broke out the glazing in nearby buildings. The cars of the townspeople were damaged.

Rescuers evacuated 20 residents and extinguished the fires.

Under the procedural leadership of the Odesa regional prosecutor’s office, a pre-trial investigation into the facts of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) was launched.

Night attack on Odesa: destruction in Khadzhibeyskyі district and injured residents

As a result of the night Russian shelling on April 5, residential areas in the Khadzhibeyskyі district of Odesa were damaged. Three people were injured, the liquidation of the consequences of the attack and the recording of large-scale destruction of civilian infrastructure have been ongoing at the site since night

As a result of the Russian attack, three residents of the city received injuries of varying severity. Two of the injured are currently in hospital under the supervision of doctors, another man will be treated as an outpatient. All the injured have been provided with the necessary medical care.

As of this morning, significant damage to apartment buildings has been recorded: hundreds of window openings and dozens of balconies have been damaged, several of which have been completely destroyed. The affected buildings have electricity and water. The gas supply has been temporarily disconnected for safety reasons until the surveys are completed.
