
On the morning of April 19, as a result of a Russian strike on a car in the Central district of Kherson, a man was killed and another was injured.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, and the head of the city military administration, Yaroslav Shanko.
As noted, at about 6:50 a.m., the Russians attacked a taxi in the Central district of Kherson. A 41-year-old man was injured as a result of a UAV hit. He was diagnosed with a mine-explosive injury.
“A 56-year-old Kherson resident received injuries incompatible with life. Another victim is currently in the hospital. He is receiving all the necessary medical care,” Prokudin wrote.
