
On April 27, five fires occurred in Zaporizhzhia district as a result of Russian shelling, the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Zaporizhzhia region reported.
In particular, in one of the villages, rescuers extinguished a fire on the roof of a four-story residential building and an apartment with a total area of 45 sq. m.
In another village, the roof of a building with an area of 200 sq. m. was on fire. In another village, the fire engulfed two buildings with a total area of 85 sq. m.
In addition, at two addresses in another village, the State Emergency Service units extinguished a fire in a warehouse building and three outbuildings with a total area of 150 sq. m. A tractor with an area of 4 sq. m. was also recorded on fire.
The pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service seized and destroyed six explosive devices of modern production.
In total, 38 rescuers and 8 pieces of equipment were involved in eliminating the consequences of the shelling.
