
On May 5, Russian troops struck an emergency medical team in the Kherson region. There were casualties as a result of the attack.

They said that the attack was recorded at approximately 16:40 in the village of Sagaidachne, Novoraiska community. The Russians hit the ambulance with a Lancet drone.
Four medical workers were injured as a result of the shelling: two men aged 60 and 43 and two women aged 43 and 35. All were diagnosed with contusions and closed head injuries. In addition, the older man received a shrapnel wound to the neck.
“The victims were provided with medical assistance on the spot,” the regional administration specified.
Later, it became known about another medic who was injured in a Russian drone attack in Sahaidachne. A 63-year-old man was taken to the hospital. He received a concussion, explosive and closed craniocerebral trauma, the Kherson Regional Military Administration reported.
In addition, according to the Kherson Regional Military Administration, at noon, Russian military personnel attacked a house in the Central District of Kherson with a drone. As a result of the Russian drone strike, a 73-year-old woman who was on the street received shrapnel wounds to the head, a concussion, explosive and closed craniocerebral trauma.
The victim was taken to the hospital in moderate condition.
