In Kherson region, Russian shelling ended the lives of 39 children

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, 39 children have died as a result of Russian shelling in Kherson region, and another 257 have been injured.

This was reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

It is also noted that almost 10 thousand civilians suffered from mine and explosion injuries in the region.

The Ministry of Health added that currently about 25 emergency medical teams are working in the Kherson region every day. They serve from 150 to 200 calls per day.

In the first months of 2026, emergency medical workers made more than 14 thousand trips.
