
The number of victims as a result of the Russian strike on Zaporizhzhia has increased. As of the evening of May 26, 15 people were injured, including an infant.
The updated data was reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia regional military administration, Ivan Fedorov.
According to the regional authorities, as of 19:00, eight women, six men and an infant were injured as a result of the attack.
All the victims are being provided with necessary medical assistance.
The rocket exploded in one of the districts of Zaporizhzhia, damaging 17 residential and non-residential buildings.
In addition, cars that were in the epicenter of the explosion caught fire at the site of the strike. Rescuers extinguished the fire. City utilities are restoring communications and eliminating the consequences of the Russian attack.
