
On May 27, Russians attacked a farm in the Koropsk territorial community of Novgorod-Siversky district in Chernihiv region with a UAV. This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service.
As a result of the attack, a farm worker was killed and a tractor driver was seriously injured.
At the site of the hit, a fire broke out in an outbuilding with an area of 400 sq. m.
As specified by the head of the Novgorod-Siversky district military administration, Alexander Seliverstov, the attack on the village was carried out between 08:10 and 08:15.
As a result of the attack, the premises of local enterprises – a pig farm and a cattle farm – were destroyed.
“Unfortunately, the attack took the life of a person – a pig farm worker born in 1976 died,” said Oleksandr Seliverstov.
A tractor driver of the enterprise born in 1986 also received serious head injuries. He is being transported in serious condition to the Chernihiv Regional Hospital for emergency medical care.
The final extent of the destruction and other consequences of the shelling are currently being clarified.
